SOP - Processing Orders for EpiPaws Age
Test
- US Clients - Dropship Orders
- Test: Dog & Cat Age Test

Procedure
- Go to the EpiPaws website (link above).
- Select the Dog & Cat Age Test.
- At checkout:
- Enter the client's full shipping details (name, address, contact
email/phone).
- Apply the EASYDNA discount code.
- Complete the order.
- Once the order is placed, the website will generate a confirmation number (order
number).
- Copy this order number and paste it into the ATP notes.
- Use this order number as the case reference for the file.
- Update ATP with note:
"US Order - Dropship via EpiPaws. Order Confirmation #: [XXXX]."
Important: No barcode will be linked to these kits, so the order number must
always be used as the case reference.
If the discount code has expired or does not work, email Andria Beal
(andria@epipaws.com) to request a new code before completing the order.
- International Clients - Stock Kits
- Stock: 25 kits will be kept available for international orders.
Procedure
- Allocate one EpiPaws kit from stock.
- Ship the kit to the client's address.
- Update ATP with note:
"INT Order - EpiPaws kit from stock. Case Ref: [Kit Barcode]."
- US samples: Automatically handled through the dropship service.
- International samples: Clients return samples to EasyDNA office, EasyDNA
forwards them to EpiPaws.
